This full body Tabata style workout alternates between 30s of work and 10s of rest.  The rest can be active rest (jog in place) or total rest, its up to you.
The first round is a lot slower than the second! Beware of the (Wo)man makers; they will get your heart pumping! You will need a chair in addition to the set of dumbbells.​
