I can assure that everything I develop for all of you can check all of these boxes. Busy moms don’t have time to mess around with things aren’t convenient, take hours out of our day, and then don’t give us the results we need.
I don’t think it’s hard to see the value in personal training in general. After all we are professionally trained to transform your lives and bodies.
Over the course of the last year and half, the overall focus of Living Room Workout Club has switch to online personal training. Mainly because it best fits the principles listed above.
Now you might be skeptical, as I was at first, with this whole online thing, but can I tell you that online personal training is truly your BEST OPTION. Here’s why:
Online Training is More Cost Effective
Depending on where you live you can expect to pay $50 - $100 per hour session with a trainer. Then, to truly get the most out of it you need to meet with the trainer at least two preferably three times per week. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never had hundreds of dollars a week to spend on something like that.
Online training is only a fraction of this price. That’s just one of the reasons I switched over to online training. I can offer significant transformation to moms who wouldn’t be able to afford it. I don’t think I’ve even met a mom that wasn’t on a budget!
Take my Body After Baby, 12 week,1-on-1 coaching, transformation program as an example. It’s less than ⅓ of the price of traditional training session and offers much more.
Online Training is More Effective Overall
I mentioned above that two to three sessions a week are recommended. If you are lucky enough to afford those three hours, what are you going to do with the other 165 hours in a week? My online programs are far more comprehensive, including efficient workouts for the whole week and a nutrition plan. It’s not just workouts and nutrition either, it’s a total lifestyle transformation. You will not only see results, they will last!
On top of all that the Body After Baby Program, for example, provides a higher level of accountability and motivation. I’m here to help you more than just a few hours a week!
Online Training is More Convenient
Let’s face it, as much as we want to sometimes, getting out of the house to go to the gym or attend a fitness class just isn’t going to happen. Sticking to any schedule that isn’t dictated by nap time is unrealistic and sh*t always happens (literally and figuratively). Everything in my programs is designed to be done at home with little to know equipment. Sometimes I have a three year old laying on my face when I do my workouts, but hey I’m getting them in and perhaps more importantly setting a healthy example for him.
What other excuses do you have left?
Even though I think all of these reasons are good enough now to convince me that online is the way to go, I had to live it to believe it. I’ve seen it! It works!!
