This full body workout incorporates some new standing core exercises...but we still aren't skipping the plank! This circuit alternates between 40s of one exercise and then 20s of another. Each set consists of a group of each: ab, lower body and upper body exercises. You will need a set of dumbbells and a chair/stool.
