My laptop is still broken :(... but my sweet husband is letting me borrow his for now. I can do everything for LRWOC that I need right now except the videos. Hopefully, I'll be up and running early next week. I've been working the past few weeks to add a NASM Weight Loss Specialist to my certification. I'm learning a lot and will used many of my new tools to develop the plan for LRWOC Advanced (see below). Here is a sneak peak of some little tips and tricks I am learning..
