Welcome to Week 14
I'm on Spring Break! This last week of school before Spring Break was tough.  My students were already half out the door all week.  Now I have a week to relax, spend time with my family, workout more :), and focus on building this business even more. You should see lots of updates and improvements this week :)

Peak Performance

The Move with No Name!
I'm sure you've noticed I've started including more combination moves in to the LRWOC circuits.  These move pack an extra efficient punch by combining multiple muscle groups in one move.  One of this week's new moves needs a name!  Click to watch and help me name this move!

This Week's Workouts
Finally, below are this week's wxorkouts.  
  • #28 is a full body Tabata style circuit: 30s of each exercise with 10s of rest between.  You will need a set of dumbbells. 
  • #29 is a 40/20 split workout that focuses on the lower body.  The first half is lower impact, but don't let that fool you, you will feel your buns burn!  The second half is higher impact with a lot of squats and lunges.  Remember your modifications here. You will need a set of gliders (paper plates or towels will work). 
  • #30 features our ultimate combo move with no name and includes 2 mini circuits: one for upper body and one for abs. You will need a set of dumbbells. 

You can combine #29 and #30 for a full body burn!...Keep an eye on the blog and Facebook for the videos this week.
