Week 15: Role Call and Peak Performance

Sadly my Spring Break is coming to an end.  It was a great week though.  I rediscovered my love of trail running, work out outside my living room, chased my almost 2 year old around the science museum, went to opening day baseball.  I'm feeling renergized and ready for the last 5 weeks of school!

Role Call
Ok, I need to know who is still with me. Who is still doing the weekly workouts? Please let me know you are "still in." If not, what made you stop? This Week's Workouts
Finally, below are this week's workouts. 
  • #28 is a full body Tabata style circuit: 30s of each exercise with 10s of rest between. You will need a set of dumbbells. 
  • #30 features our ultimate combo move with no name and includes 2 mini circuits: one for upper body and one for abs. You will need a set of dumbbells.
  • #31 is the new one for this week.  It has two parts.  The first part focuses on the lower body and building the heart rate.  The 2nd part is Tabata style alternating arms and abs.
