Fiber helps controls blood sugar and appetite and aids in digestion. Are you getting enough?
Here's my challenge. Keep track of your fiber consumption for the next 21 days. Make sure you are getting at least 25 grams per day. Maybe you have to change your diet, maybe you won't.
I'm pretty sure I will! I think this is going to be the push my body needs to get rid of the extra bit I'm holding onto around my belly. I'm even going to take before and after picture to see if it works smile emoticon
