How Much Weight Should YOU Be Lifting?
This week I'm going to try to increase the weight of dumbbells I use during my workouts. I've been sticking to the 10 lb weights out of convenience because I can really use them for every move. For some they are enough and others too easy. I should be using the right weight to reach my goal of building lean muscle. So what the rule? How much should you be lifting? Click to find out.
Fiber helps controls blood sugar and appetite and aids in digestion. Are you getting enough?
I started a fiber challenge last weekend (click the link to read more). I'm started tracking my intake and I was definitely not getting enough fiber each day. I've increased my intake to include at least 25 grams per day. I can feel a change already. I took some before pictures that I will share with the after pictures at the end of the 21 day challenge. I'm confident this is the extra push I needed to get rid of some of my stubborn belly fat!
