The school year is almost over! I'm looking forward to spending more time with my family and focusing on my business. Say Goodbye to Sugar
Two weeks ago I said goodbye to sugar completely...Ok, well I've had a few slip ups where I forget, but I'm getting there...I said before I added it only to my coffee in the morning, but now I don't even do that. Check out the benefits of cutting out proceed sugar: your energy with increase, your weight will stabilize, your digestive system will perform more efficiently, you'll stop craving sugar (if you skip the fake stuff too, see below), and your skin will look healthier!
