I hope you are enjoying your long weekend. I'm so excited summer is finally here. It means no more school, family time, hanging by the pool, going to the beach.... but most of all it means I am officially launching my personal training career!

The Fast Metabolism Diet
This week I started The Fast Metabolism Diet. I'm learning how to eat MORE food healthy food, MORE often. I definitely ate healthy before, but this is kicking it up to the next level! If you are interested in learning more about it, the author's blog has a lot of great information. The diet suggests a specific workout plan to go with the phases of the weekly meal plan.
