This is so true! ...and today I'm feeling the repercussions of not acting like it. A few days of eating bad (and some drinking) are really starting to run me down. I miss the energy from my balanced diet! Back on track tomorrow! I know its not always easy to eat the right foods. Its hard, especially on the weekends!
