This Week's Workouts
Unless otherwise specified, you will need a set of dumbbells for each workout. Click to find out how much weight you should be lifting. As always, don't forget to warm up and stretch.

#44 Step Ladder
The step ladder consists of two circuits. Do a circuit of 1 rep of each exercise, then a circuit of 2 reps of each exercise, then 3...4...and so on until the 4.5 min are up. Then rest and repeat the same pattern for the second circuit. Take breaks if you need, but push yourself.  Keep track of how high you get in the count over the given time.  Compare it to last time (if you remember) and next time to see you growth!

#47 Full Body Mini Circuits
This circuit consists of several mini circuits, mixing in upper body, lower body and abs. Because this is a lower impact workout than some others I definitely suggested running through it more than once the keep up the calorie burn!

#48 Stabilization Endurance
This circuit is designed to increase the stabilization and endurance of your muscles.  Focus on tempo! Use the count 1-2-4. 1 count up (against resistance/ gravity), hold the muscle contraction for 2 counts, then lower down (against resistance/ gravity) for 4 counts.  These combo moves will also challenge your brain!
