I'm Alison Marie, strategic fitness coach, certified trainer and weight loss specialist. I help busy moms rein it in and simplify there health and fitness into less than 30 minutes a day.

I can stream videos for free from youtube - how is this different or better? Streaming video sources for workouts are a one-way street. REVIVE is a community two-way conversation with me and other strong moms fully invested with you. What equipment is required? Many of the workouts can be done without equipment. However, you will need a set of dumbbells and a resistance band with door anchor to get the most out of all the workouts. I will provide you with recommendations for everything you might need inside the membership area.
I’m newly postpartum, how soon can I start? I always recommend speaking to your doc before exercising. However, 6 weeks postpartum (10 for cesarian) is usually a safe starting point. If you have no bleeding, pain or other complications, you can start (just remember to listen to your body). A major focus of the workouts will be on deep core stability, which is perfect for newly postpartum mamas. If you aren't there yet, go for walks and spend time loving on your baby! It doesn't last forever and we’ll be here when you are ready!
I had my baby years ago, can I join? Yes! Postnatal is forever – so even if you had kids a few years ago, the plan will target your trouble spots and help you get back into fabulous shape quickly. In fact, you don't even need to be a mom! While this program is designed with the specific needs of moms in mind and most of the women in the group are moms, this program will work for all busy women!
What if I can’t attend the calls? Call times rotate regularly so everyone, in every time zone, gets a chance to be live. Remember, you can still post photos (and get feedback) even if you can’t be live. You’ll just watch Alison's feedback on the replay.
