WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE YOU BOOK YOUR CALL?

​INITIAL QUESTIONNAIRE:

You will answer a few questions in a quick (approx. 10 min) but comprehensive questionnaire to complete BEFORE the call. It will help me dig deep into your goals, get to know even more about your life, your schedule, your pregnancy/birth, what has/hasn't worked for you in the past and further understand your body.

You taking the time to answer these questions ahead of time will ensure we have the most productive hour possible. 

The
​Strategy Call:

We will continue our conversation in my virtual meeting room. We'll get to know each other, dig even deeper to the topics in the questionnaire and hash out the details of you Action Plan.

Once you are comfortable, I'll look at your posture and your body moving through some different movement pattern to help identify the needs of your body.

You will also have the opportunity to ask all the questions you have. 

Action
​Plan:

Throughout the call I'll use our conversation to structure a Custom Action Plan specific to your goals, your schedule and the needs of your body.  

This plan will include strengthening exercises designed specifically for the needs of your body and integrated into a workout plan to strategically help you reach your goals and enjoy the process while doing it!

You will receive the full plan in writing no more than 3 days after your call - usually a lot sooner.
